Developed by Yılsan in cooperation with Maya Group, the Anatolium Marmara project offers a mix of activities involving offices, homes and shops. The project is located at Istanbul’s Kartal district and is spread over an area of app. 26,000 m².

The project, designed by Viva Architecture, was designed for those who want to breathe in the city's crowds with its large green areas, plazas, semi-open concept and variety of eating places that stand out.
